Postnatal Education & Support

Independent midwifery support online and across Herefordshire & Worcestershire

The early days after birth can feel beautiful, messy, emotional and overwhelming - sometimes all at once. Your body is healing, your baby is adjusting and you’re learning together every single day.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I can support you postnatally either online or at home if you live in Herefordshire or Worcestershire to give you a safe, calm space to ask questions, explore challenges and feel truly supported in this new chapter of your lives.

What does this look like?

  • Flexible, one-off sessions.

  • At home if you live in Herefordshire or Worcestershire or online - wherever feels most comfortable.

  • A space to ask questions without judgement or rushing.

  • Practical, evidence-based infant feeding support to get your feeding journey off to the best start.

Why choose a one-off session?

When everything feels overwhelming, a one-off session offers calm, clarity and compassionate support tailored to you and your family.

You’ll receive gentle, evidence-based guidance that respects your choices and meets you exactly where you are.

It’s a space to breathe, to ask questions, and to feel held. You’ll leave feeling lighter, reassured and more confident in your next steps.

What can we talk about?

  • Recovery and self-care in the postnatal period.

  • Understanding newborn behaviour and cues.

  • Practical tips for settling, soothing and sleep.

  • Infant feeding support (breast/chest, expressing, formula or a combination).

  • Space to share how you're feeling and ask anything that's on your mind.

Postnatal care is about more than taking care of a new baby - it’s also about taking care of you and you deserve support too. Let’s make sure you feel nurtured, informed, and held as you begin this new chapter.

You book a session that suits your schedule.

You provide a brief summary of what you'd like to chat about/would like support with.

I gather the research and any resources you might find helpful.

You leave our call or home visit feeling reassured, supported and confident in your choices and abilities as a new parent.
